Sir Dave Brailsford's TRIANGLE OF CHANGE

SUFFERING & PAIN

- You have to be suffering enough or the reward has to be great enough to engage change and if either one of those are not in place then you are likely to carry on business as usual and not change your behaviour.

PSYCHOLOGICALLY MINDED

- You have to be psychologically minded. You must think you can change. Even in greatest adversity, if you don't think there is an opportunity to change, then the chance is that you won't change.

COMMITMENT

- You have to be committed to be better. Without commitment, we are all stuck and going nowhere.
